There are three main Frontpoint home security packages: The Starter Pack, The Home Shield, and The Family Lookout. You can also start from scratch and design a unique package built specifically for your home. Frontpoint security costs vary depending on package, and each security system includes various products to monitor your home and property. When you purchase one of these packages, you’re paying for the equipment and monthly monitoring (at an additional cost). Request must be mailed to ADT and include: Theft Protection Guarantee certificate signed by Customer, a letter from Customer requesting reimbursement, a copy of the police report, and a copy of the accepted insurance claim.
